If you wanted the screen you had to get the seats, washers and screen as a 'winter pack'. The button for the heated screen is in the middle of the centre rotary dial of the climate controls. As above unplug the micro switch and bridge the connector with a paper clip, shut the bonnet so the wipers don't foul the bonnet and operate, the micro switches stick, or soak the latch in freeing oil and keep operating the latch.
